Privacy requests and contact

Justin Han is our Privacy Contact, responsible for receiving, verifying and coordinating the handling of customers’ privacy requests. Please contact info@debaolong.com and indicate that your message concerns a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity and the information concerned before coordinating a response.

Account, enquiry and engineering-review information

When you register, contact us or submit an engineering-review enquiry, we receive the information you provide for that purpose, such as account and contact details, company information, project requirements and files you upload. We use this information to respond to the enquiry, review technical requirements and manage the relevant account or project.

The choice to receive engineering updates is separate and optional. It is not required for an engineering-review enquiry. Registering an account or submitting an enquiry does not by itself record consent to receive marketing messages.

Uploads

Only registered users who are signed in may upload files. The maximum size is 50 MiB (52,428,800 bytes) per file. If the total size of files currently retained for an account exceeds 100 MiB, the website provides an advisory to contact info@debaolong.com or use another published contact method. This advisory is not an upload ban or an automatic deletion rule. Please avoid including personal information or embedded location data that is not needed for the engineering review.

Cookies

Necessary cookies support signing in, authenticated sessions and returning form responses. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or completing a submission.

Embedded content from other websites

Some pages offer videos hosted by YouTube. Opening or using an embedded player may connect your browser to that service. Information handled by the external service is subject to its own privacy practices. Contact our Privacy Contact if you have a question about a particular interaction.

Handling your information

Debaolong handles the account, contact and project information you submit for the enquiry or service you requested. Our Privacy Contact coordinates questions about the people and services involved in handling a particular enquiry or file.

We use Zoho Mail for business email communications, including messages sent to info@debaolong.com.

How long we retain your data

Enquiries, engineering files and operational records

Our routine retention period for the records below is 30 days, subject to the stated starting points and necessary exceptions.

• Enquiry and communication records: for enquiries that do not convert or have been closed, retain the records for no more than 30 days from the enquiry’s closure, then delete or anonymise them.
• CAD attachments and engineering-review materials: in principle, retain them for no more than 30 days after the associated enquiry is closed or the review is completed, then delete them. Materials still needed for an active quotation, order or engineering project are excepted.
• Notification and audit logs: in principle, retain them for 30 days; a security investigation or another necessary circumstance may require a longer period.
• Backups and retired copies: follow the backup rotation and disposal mechanisms that have been technically verified. We do not promise that all third-party backups can be completely erased within 30 days.

Necessary exceptions: where data is required for legal obligations, a valid contract, an unfinished project or the handling of a dispute, retain it only to the extent and for the period necessary, with access restricted.

Implementation: these rules state our retention policy. They are not a claim that automatic 30-day deletion is already deployed across the website or third-party services. Deletion requests are coordinated by the Privacy Contact, and the applicable system and service capabilities must be checked; deleting live-site data does not by itself establish that backup copies have also been removed.

We store account and profile information to provide and manage your account. Available account controls let you review or update supported details. For other access, correction, export or deletion requests, contact our Privacy Contact.

Requests about your information

You may contact our Privacy Contact to request access to, a copy of, correction of or deletion of personal information associated with your account or enquiry. We may need to verify your identity and identify the relevant records before coordinating the request. The necessary retention exceptions described above continue to apply.
